Where it comes from
The council's own meeting record, in full, for the whole term. One term we have read this way held 132 divided votes.
The same work at provincial scale produced 105 recorded divisions for 91 members on bcballot.ca, every row linked to the day's official record.
What it does not include
Votes that were never recorded. Most council business passes without a division, and a motion with no recorded vote has no record to show. A term with thin minutes produces a short table, and you will know that before the work starts.
