What it does
Every British Columbia riding with its member, the last result and every recorded vote since. A reader types a postal code, a place or a member's name and lands on their own district.
Google indexed most of the first batch within two days of launch, on a domain with no inbound links. In its first week the most common thing people arrived looking for was their own member.
It takes no client, endorses no one and accepts no political money, which is what keeps it useful to a voter and separate from campaign work.
Two campaign builds
Named after the races close.
- A council raceCampaign site, a neutral voter hub for the whole race, and the council's record of divided votes.
- A trustee raceCampaign site with an editor the candidate runs herself, and guides to how the board works.
- Both in daysEach went live inside a week of the first interview, and each has been kept current through the campaign.
Why these two are unnamed
Both races are still running. What a campaign did to get found is the campaign's to publish, not their vendor's, so the names and the detail wait until the votes are counted.
